REFUND, RETURN, & SHIPPING POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy
We encourage customers to correctly purchase necessary items and we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. With that being said, we are the first ever store to offer returns and exchanges on products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging within the first 3 days of receiving products. Any requests made after the 3 day time period of when products have been marked delivered on our end will not qualify for a refund, return, or exchange. Please note we are only accepting local returns at this time. Contact us by email to make a request.
Processing Time
1-3 business days are needed to process your order. We do our absolute best to get your orders shipped out as soon as possible so you can enjoy your supplies earlier.
Shipping Policy
In line with our motto to save you money, we've chosen a company to offer you the lowest cost for shipping. After 1-3 business days for processing, we offer international shipping by Canada Post, USPS & Asendia. See your cart details for time estimates and details.
Damages occurring in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and need to be taken up with the carrier respectively.
Please be aware that shipments can be delayed due to weather, holidays, or any other unexpected conditions.
Quality
We ensure products shipped are in perfect condition and are packaged securely to arrive in the same condition. We are not held liable for damages incurred during the shipping process. All concerns must be addressed with the shipping company.
Local Pickup
We know sometimes supplies are needed on short notice so we are offering local pickups by appointment. Pick ups are available from 12:00PM - 7:00PM. To schedule your pick up, please use our booking page. If the time you are looking for is not shown, it isn't available. You'll have up to 15 minutes passed the scheduled time to pickup your order otherwise the pickup may be cancelled and need to be rescheduled. This is to be mindful of lash clients being serviced.
